LIFESAVER donate jerrycans to Unicef's Philippines Appeal
21-Dec-2011LIFESAVER have today donated and despatched a quantity of aid jerrycans to support Unicef's work in the Philippines following the devastating Typhoon and corresponding floods at the weekend.
With fears of contamination to water sources, water supplies have been shut off leaving survivors reliant on aid to stay healthy and hydrated.
The distribution of the LIFESAVER aid jerrycans will be coordinated on the ground by Unicef. By using these jerrycans to help the flood victims access clean drinking water the need for bottled water will be alleviated.
